I am unsure if my purchase went through.

It may appear that your purchase was complete when in fact it didn’t quite go through.

After clicking the “Buy Now” button, you will enter your credit card information, and once it is processed, a green check mark will appear.

Then a pop-up window will appear stating “Please wait while we complete your purchase; this may take a few seconds”. You will then automatically be logged into the website where you can access your purchase. You will also receive an email with username, password and PIN.

If the purchase isn’t completed correctly, then the second pop-up window does not appear and you are not automatically logged into your account. This can occur due to an issue with either the browser or the credit card. If this is the case, your credit card has not been charged. 

 To resolve the issue, you should try to complete the purchase with a different credit card and/or with a different browser (Chrome and Firefox work best).

 In the unlikely event there are two charges on your credit card, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge immediately.
