I think I purchased but I never got an email with password or PIN

Often times it may appear that your purchase was complete when in fact it was not.  There are two steps to the purchase flow.
1.  You enter your personal information and credit card details into the popup window.
-- After this a green check mark should appear, but the order is not yet complete.

2.  Then another popup window appears and it should say: Please wait while we complete your purchase; this may take a few seconds.
-- Upon completion of *this* popup you will be automatically logged into the application, you'll have full access to your products, and you should receive the receipt email with password and PIN.

Sometimes the second popup does not appear and the order is not complete.  If this is the case: Your credit card has not been charged.  Often this occurs due to either a browser issue, or in fact your card was declined.

To resolve the issue you should try to complete the purchase with a different credit card and/or use a different browser (Chrome and Firefox work best).

In the unlikely event you do wind up with two charges on your credit card we will certainly refund the duplicate charge immediately.

If you would like to double check whether the original order was completed; you may use the 'forgot password' link on the login page and enter the email address you used during your purchase.  If we cannot find an account with that email you'll receive an error, and your purchase was not successful.
