There's No Sound on my iPad video playback

This may seem like a trivial thing but try flipping the 'mute' switch on the side?

Most other apps don't pay attention to that switch so you will still hear them even with the switch set to 'mute'.  Our app does pay attention to it.  Usually that resolves the issue.

If you've tried the mute switch in both settings and there's still no sound... please open a support ticket and mention that you've already tried the mute switch (so we don't send you this message again).
